On December 3rd the Stanford Department of Anesthesia held a Holiday Dinner at the Stanford Alumni Center. As event photographers we were asked to cover the event for Just Catering. They provided the delicious and beautiful fare for the evening. The Stanford Department of Anesthesia event photos in this blog show how we as professional photographers with a mix of available light and artificial lighting captured the atmosphere and preserve the events of the evening.
As the evening began the guests arrived to a cocktail hour in the foyer. The appetizers were not only amazingly tasty, but also beautifully presented for the guests. They were greeted by music provided by Sound in Motion’s DJ Matthew Cope. As the cocktail hour progressed, final touches were being finished up in the banquet room. The Just Catering staff was preparing the wonderful Holiday Buffet. You can see from the photos the beautiful buffet that was prepared. With a mix of available light and artificial lighting we captured the mood of the event.
