San Francisco City Hall Wedding for Cynthia & Oliver
We had photographed Cynthia’s brother’s wedding a few years earlier and were happy to hear that Cynthia and Oliver were going to get married. The details were that they decided on a small San Francisco City Hall Wedding with just the immediate family, but they wanted some photography at few other locations in San Francisco. We started with the bride and groom a little early around city hall for some pre wedding portraits.
We stopped around the appointment time and met the family outside the office. At this time you have to wait for your number to come up to sign the paper. We took candids of the couple and their families while they waited.
The ceremony was in the rotunda. We covered the ceremony from different angles to get a number of perspectives. Following the ceremony were a few family photos and little more around city hall then to Crissy Field for some romantic photography.
We arrived at Crissy Field near sunset a great time for photography, and what luck, no fog! It was a great photo session. We were able to take some beautiful and romantic photos of Cynthia and Oliver so they could preserve the feelings of their wedding day in this romantic city.
The last spot had special meaning to them. You can see the city of San Francisco in the background.
