Meet with your professional photographer
Knowing what is happening during your wedding is essential for your wedding photographer. After all, good wedding photography starts with good communication between the bride and groom and their photographer. We suggest you have a consultation with your photographer prior to the wedding. We usually have the meeting about 10 days before. At this time you have met with you caterer and DJ and have a pretty good idea of your timeline. Discuss what you have in mind and what you would like your photographer to capture during the wedding, and any special events that will take place. Your photographer may be able to come up with suggestions that will help the day go smoothly.
A professional photographer is respectful and attentive. He or she know the value of tradition and is aware of what matters with each wedding. Over the years we have photographed weddings that the bride and groom have come from different ethnic backgrounds. Our job was to listen, ask what was important for them and deliver to make both families happy.
Professional photographers and wedding albums
The assignment does not end there; you still need someone who will be able to present your wedding photographs in an elegant wedding album. The style of your wedding albums should not matter; your wedding photographer must be capable of designing your wedding story and narrate your memories through his or her photography. The sequence of events must be presented clearly whether you choose a matted wedding album or a magazine style.
In our studio, some of our packages include an album for the bride and groom, we only use albums that we are confident with the quality. We look at the way an album is built, how sturdy it is. Over the years we became experienced enough to judge an album’s durability. With the right wedding album your memories will last a lifetime.
