About Hagop and Ano

We believe that your photographs and wedding album should reflect who you are and portray the story of your wedding. We approach each wedding and couple with individuality. Our clients call us unobtrusive yet are surprised that their most precious memories have been captured.

Hagop is an award-winning photographer who started photographing wedding at the age of 17. His style at first was photojournalism, but as he matured, he became a master of light and natural portraiture. The contemporary portraits he creates are timeless.

Ano attended USC and received her degree in business administration. Though she has worked in her field, her interest has always been in art and creativity. While working she took photography and art classes and worked at art galleries in San Francisco. 10 years ago she began documenting weddings. Along side of Hagop, her natural photojournalistic talent blossomed.

Hagop’s emphasis is on portrait & candid photography, while Ano documents your wedding day through photojournalism. The images on the web site are a combination of both Hagop and Ano’s creations.

Hagop and Ano established Hagop’s Photography in Palo Alto, CA in 1993 and have since photographed hundreds of weddings. Our studio is currently in Los Altos, CA. You may browse on our Wedding Gallery pages to view weddings we have photographed in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The following is a recent letter we received from Mercy and Donny whose wedding we photographed in January 2009.
